Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 working days of purchase.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking link that you can use to follow the delivery of your parcel. Once you click on the link, it will take you directly to the page to track your delivery. If you do not locate your confirmation email in spam or junk mail folders, please give it a full day for the tracking link to activate.
Q: Do I have to pay taxes or duties for my order?
28Swim is not responsible for any customs taxes or duties applied to your order. Please note shipments outside of EUROPE may be subject to Duty/Tax charges, We will not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty / Tax under any circumstances.
Q: How do I use a promo code or gift card?
First, go to your cart and click the checkout button. Once you reach the checkout page, you will see a Gift Card or Discount Code field on the right hand side of the page. Enter your code there and hit apply – it will then be reflected in the total amount.
Q: Can I use more than one promotion code on an order?
